We are proud to announce the appointment of three regional leaders: Peter Vesterbacka, Kustaa Valtonen and Fredrik Syversen.

Peter Vesterbacka

Director, Europe

Finland

Co-creator of Angry Birds, one of the most downloaded games in human history. Time Magazine named one of the 100 most influential people on the planet in 2011. Founder of SLUSH in 2008, now the world's most influential startup conference. Co-founder of MobileMonday, the world's largest mobile community, active on every continent. Currently leading the Finest Bay Area project, a 15 billion euro undersea railway tunnel between Helsinki and Tallinn that would become the longest passenger train tunnel in the world. Adjunct Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Tongji University, China.

Peter does not enter markets. He builds the infrastructure, physical, cultural, and commercial, that makes markets possible.

Kustaa Valtonen

Director, Europe

Finland / Bay Area

Entrepreneur and angel investor with over thirty years of backing the right people at the right moment. Founding Partner of Finest Bay Area Development, the organisation designing and constructing the Helsinki-Tallinn tunnel. Managing Director and Owner of Valtonen Capital since 1990, his private investment vehicle for early-stage companies. Founding Partner of Random Ventures, an early-stage tech fund. Co-lead of FinestLove VC, a 10 million euro fund investing in student-led startups across the Nordic region. Previously at Hewlett-Packard for eleven years and Microsoft for two, managing the Nokia Corporation account at both. 

Kustaa operates where few people can, at the intersection of Finnish innovation, Silicon Valley capital, and the kind of long-term conviction that turns ideas into infrastructure.

Fredrik Syversen

Board Advisory Member

Norway

Director of Strategy and Business Development at TEK Norge, Norway's leading industry organisation for digital companies, where he has worked for over twenty-eight years. Former Acting CEO of TEK Norge. Responsible for TEK Norge's international partnerships with the EU, Innovation Norway, and the Research Council of Norway. Has led development programmes through Norway's Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kosovo, Albania, Sri Lanka, and Kenya. Board member at Nemko, NORSIRK, and Tøyen Startup Village. Holds a BA in Communication from Queen Margaret University and completed an Innovation Readiness programme at the University of Texas at Austin.

Fredrik has spent his career at the intersection of digital business and government. He knows how industries get built, how policy gets shaped, and how technology earns the trust it needs to scale.

What we are building.

Vector Agents develops AI digital colleagues for enterprise teams. Our core products are Lilian, an AI sales development representative, and Rhea, an AI customer support agent. They do not replace the people on your team. They work alongside them, handling the volume, maintaining the context, and executing with the consistency that human teams should never have to sacrifice their attention to achieve.
